Ian Somerhalder was spotted in New York City on Sunday (October 2).

No doubt he was in town to support girlfriend Nina Dobrev's Project Pink Day event.

"Brilliant day in NY.Great brunch with a brother,evening with close friends talking, art, commerce and sustainability-love this place.Miss it," he tweeted of his Big Apple excursion.
